Notice to Bar Right of Redemption
To: Heirs of Mildred Kendrick, Heirs of Jessie Lee Kendrick, Rome Kendrick, Catherine Andrew, Margie Cunningham, Patricia Cabbell, Alonzo Kendrick, Donald Kendrick, Rodney Kendrick, and any and all other interested parties
Please take notice that:
The right to redeem the following described property, to-wit:
All of Lot No. Thirty (30) in Block C of the Sunset Park Subdivision in the 27th District, Sumter County, Georgia. Said lot fronting 50 feet on the north side of Rainbow Terrace and extending back of uniform width to a depth of 125 feet. Also, a strip of a uniform width of 6 feet off of the east side of adjoining Lot No. Thirty-one (31) in Block C of said Sunset Park Subdivision. Said strip fronting 6 feet on the north side of Rainbow Terrace and extending back north for a distance of 125 feet. Said strip together with Lot No. 30 comprising a lot 56 feet wide fronting on the north side of Rainbow Terrace and extending back of uniform width to a depth of 125 feet. The said Sunset Park Subdivision being located in Land Lots 115 and 116 in the 27th District, Sumter County, Georgia, and said subdivision being more particularly shown by plat of survey recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 68, in the office of the Clerk of Superior Court, Sumter County, Georgia, to which plat reference is herewith made for a more particular description of the property.
Under the present system of numbering, this property is known as 106 Rainbow Terrace, Americus, Georgia.
Tax Map/Parcel Number: 2713 116 67 will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after March 27, 2026.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 21st day of November, 2024, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Sumter County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1760, Page 82.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 27th day of March, 2026, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
