NOTICE OF PETITION TO CHANGE NAME
This is notice that, in accord with O.C.G.A. §19-12-1(d), the undersigned Petitioner has filed a Petition to change her name from “Emily Clyde Todd” to “Emily Clyde Alford” said Petition now pending in the Superior Court of Sumter County, Georgia, and being filed in that Court on the 23rd day of January, 2026. Any interested or affected party has the right to appear and file objections within such time as is authorized by law.
