Notice is hereby given that Richard L Ozburn, the undersigned, filed petition to the Superior Court of Sumter County, Georgia on the 16 day of February, 2026, praying for a change in the name of petitioner from Richard Lamar Ozburn to Richard Lamar Taylor.
