You are hereby notified that, pursuant to an Order Directing Service by Publication filed on March 27, 2026 (“Order”) by the Honorable W. James Sizemore, Jr., a Petition for Declaratory Judgment (“Petition”) in the above-referenced matter was filed by Carysfort Reef, LLC (“Petitioner”) on September 26, 2024 in the Superior Court of Sumter County. The purpose of the Petition in this case involves the redemption of a tax deed for the real property known as 0 Pine Level Road, Sumter County, Georgia, Parcel Identification#1604 A 52 21. You are hereby given notice of this action and directed to O.C.G.A.§9-11-4(f)(1)(C) which commands you to file with the Clerk of the Superior Court of Sumter County and serve upon the Petitioner’s attorney, Allie Jett, Jett Law Group, LLC, 2987 Clairmont Road, Suite 350, Atlanta, GA 30329, an Answer within sixty(60) days of the date of the Order referenced above.
