NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF EQUITY OF REDEMPTION PURSUANT TO O.C.G.A §48-4-45 AND O.C.G.A §48-4-46
TO: Gregory H. Merz, any and all Heirs at Law of Gregory H. Merz, and all persons both known and unknown having any right, title, or interest in or lien upon or occupying the following described property.
TAKE NOTICE THAT:
The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
All and only that parcel of land designated as Tax Parcel 2615 220 41, lying and being in Land Lot 220 of the 26th Land District, Sumter County, Georgia, containing
7.87 acres, more or less, being Lots 9 & 10, Flint River Wood Subdivision, shown in Plat Book B, Page 134-4, described in Deed Book 1055, Page 167, the description contained therein being incorporated herein by this reference.
will expire and will be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 3rd day of May, 2026. The Tax Deed to which this notice relates is dated the 1st day of October, 2024, and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Sumter County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1760, Page 68. The property may be redeemed at any time before the 3rd day of May, 2026, by payment of redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
