You are required to file with the Clerk of the Superior Court, and to serve upon Plaintiff’s attorney, Christopher A. Flowers, at P.O. Box 70875, Albany, Ga. 31708 an Answer in writing within sixty (60) days of the 22ND day of June 2026. You are advised that a hearing has been scheduled for August 3, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. before the Honorable R. Rucker Smith at the Sumter County Courthouse, Courtroom C.
