NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF EQUITY OF REDEMPTION PURSUANT TO O.C.G.A §48-4-45 AND O.C.G.A §48-4-46

TO: Eddie Mae Wise, any and all heirs at law of Eddie Mae Wise, Jewel Wise, and all Persons both known and unknown having any right, title, or interest in or lien upon or occupying the following described property.
TAKE NOTICE THAT:
The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
All and only that parcel of land designated as Tax Parcel 48 1 2, lying and being in the City of Americus, Sumter County, Georgia, being a portion of the property shown in Plat Book 16, Page 76, described in Deed Book 730, Page 123, the description contained therein being incorporated herein by this reference, known as 1529 North Martin Luther King Junior Boulevard.
will expire and will be forever foreclosed and barred on or after the 9th day of August, 2026. The Tax Deed to which this notice relates is dated the 1st day of July, 2025, and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Sumter County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1787, Page 199. The property may be redeemed at any time before the 9th day of August, 2026, by payment of redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
