NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF EQUITY OF REDEMPTION PURSUANT TO O.C.G.A §48-4-45 AND O.C.G.A §48-4-46
TO: Franchise Realty Interstate Corporation, any successors in interest to Franchise Realty Interstate Corporation, and all Persons both known and unknown having any right, title, or interest in or lien upon or occupying the following described property.
TAKE NOTICE THAT:
The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
All and only that parcel of land designated as Tax Parcel 36 1 9, lying and being in the City of Americus, Sumter County, Georgia, being a portion of Lot 16, Tillman Heights Subdivision, shown in Plat Book 11, Page 103 & Plat Book 1, Page 111, a portion of the property described in Deed Book 147, Page 180, the description contained therein being incorporated herein by this reference, located on Manhatten Street (aka Manhattan Street).
will expire and will be forever foreclosed and barred on or after the 10th day of August, 2026. The Tax Deed to which this notice relates is dated the 1st day of July, 2025, and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Sumter County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1787, Page 202. The property may be redeemed at any time before the 10th day of August, 2026, by payment of redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
