TO: Ned Moore, any and all heirs at law of Ned Moore, and all persons both known and unknown having any right, title, or interest in or lien upon or occupying the following described property.

TAKE NOTICE THAT:

The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:

All and only that parcel of land designated as Tax Parcel 48 2 2, lying and being in the City of Americus, Sumter County, Georgia, described in Deed Book 22, Page 308, the description contained therein being incorporated herein by this reference, known as 1204 North Jackson Street. will expire and will be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 31st day of August, 2026. The Tax Deed to which this notice relates is dated the 1st day of October, 2024, and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Sumter County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1762, Page 22. The property may be redeemed at any time before the 31st day of August, 2026, by payment of redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
