TO: Arthur Lee Waters, any and all heirs at law of Arthur Lee Waters, Hattie Mae Waters a/k/a Hattie Mae Mann, any and all heirs at law of Hattie Mae Waters a/k/a Hattie Mae Mann, and all persons both known and unknown having any right, title, or interest in or lien upon or occupying the following described property.

TAKE NOTICE THAT:

The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:

All and only that parcel of land designated as Tax Parcel 2713 116 6, lying and being in Land Lots 115 & 116 of the 27th Land District, Sumter County, Georgia, being Lot 25, Block D, Sunset Park Subdivision, shown in Plat Book 1, Page 68, described in Deed Book 62, Page 101, the description contained therein being incorporated herein by this reference, known as 109 Rainbow Terrace. will expire and will be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 31st day of August, 2026. The Tax Deed to which this notice relates is dated the 3rd day of October, 2023, and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Sumter County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1717, Page 299. The property may be redeemed at any time before the 31st day of August, 2026, by payment of redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
