Notice of Foreclosure of Equity of Redemption Pursuant to O.C.G.A §48-4-45 and O.C.G.A §48-4-46

TO: Kayla Bowen, and all persons both known and unknown having any right, title, or interest in or lien upon or occupying the following described property.

TAKE NOTICE THAT:

The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:

All and only that parcel of land designated as Tax Parcel 44A 26, lying and being in Land Lot 125 of the 27th Land District, City of Americus, Sumter County, Georgia, being shown in Plat Book B, Page 119F, described in Deed Book 1668, Page 325, the description contained therein being incorporated herein by this reference, known as 111 Tom Hall Circle. will expire and will be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 14th day of September, 2026. The Tax Deed to which this notice relates is dated the 1st day of July, 2025 and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Sumter County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1787, Page 201. The property may be redeemed at any time before the 14th day of September, 2026, by payment of redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
