NOTICE TO CREDITORS

Notice is hereby given pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 53-7-41, that any and all creditors of the estate of the late JOHN MARSHALL PEEK should tender said claims immediately and any and all persons indebted to said estate are required to make immediate payment.
