After notifying the last known tenants(s) of non-payment of monthly rental fees via certified mail through the US Postal Service, the contents of the following units at Americus Self Storage Since 1974 LLC (Managed by B&B Realty and Property Management), 101 Brady Road, Americus, GA 31709 (229-924-5614), will be sold online at STORAGEAUCTIONS.COM to the highest bidder, auction beginning Monday September 14th,2026 and ending Sunday September 20th ,2026. The auction will be whole bin, absolute sale, cash only. Buyers will have 72 hours beginning Monday September 21st,2026 ,to have all the property removed from the storage units unless arrangements are made with B&B Realty and Property Management.
