Public Hearing

A public hearing is scheduled for Monday, October 19th, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. in the Sumter County Board of Commissioners Board Room at 500 West Lamar Street, Americus, Georgia with the Board of Zoning Appeals for the purpose of receiving citizens input and comments to discuss the following request.
This meeting will be held in person.
2026-V-10-031: To consider a request from Joseph R. Conochalla and Susan R. Conochalla to vary the side setback in a Lake Single Family Residential (R-1L) District at parcel 1531-233A-158, also known as 376 North Spring Creek Circle.
