Notice of Foreclosure of Equity of Redemption Pursuant to O.C.G.A §48-4-45 and O.C.G.A §48-4-46

TO: Walter Banks, any and all heirs at law of Walter Banks, Florene Banks, any and all heirs at law of Florene Banks, Hiawatha Ross, as Executor of the Estate of Florene Banks, Ida B. Hendricks, Lucy B. West, Eddie West, Jr., Anthony West, Edwin West, Yinestra West, and all Persons both known and unknown having any right, title, or interest in or lien upon or occupying the following described property.

TAKE NOTICE THAT:

The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:

All and only that parcel of land designated as Tax Parcel 29 5 20, lying and being in the City of Americus, Sumter County, Georgia, containing 0.46 acres, more or less, described in Deed Book 36, Page 359 & Deed Book 54, Page 608, the description contained therein being incorporated herein by this reference, known as 911 North Avenue Extension (Davenport). will expire and will be forever foreclosed and barred on and after 4:00 pm on the 5th day of November, 2026. The Tax Deed to which this notice relates is dated the 1st day of July, 2025, and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Sumter County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1787, Page 204. The property may be redeemed at any time before the 5th day of November, by payment of redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
