Notice of Foreclosure of Equity of Redemption Pursuant to O.C.G.A §48-4-45 and O.C.G.A §48-4-46

TO: Melvin Black, any and all heirs at law of Melvin Black, and all persons both known and unknown having any right, title, or interest in or lien upon or occupying the following described property.

TAKE NOTICE THAT:
The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
All and only that parcel of land designated as Tax Parcel 16 50 18B, lying and being in the City of Americus, Sumter County, Georgia, described in Deed Book 126, Page 401, the description contained therein being incorporated herein by this reference, known as 708 Oglethorpe Avenue. will expire and will be forever foreclosed and barred on and after 4:00 P.M. on the 3rd day of November, 2026. The Tax Deed to which this notice relates is dated the 1st day of October, 2024, and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Sumter County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1762, Page 23. The property may be redeemed at any time before 4:00 P.M. on the 3rd day of November, 2026, by payment of redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
